Return Process

  Log into your Chicme account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
